Bling Bling!
One of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer, is arriving to meet the bride and groom, and finally getting to lay eyes on all the beautiful details of the day. By far my favorite detail of any wedding day is the rings. All rings are different, and all rings are gorgeous! I thought I’d do a blog post just to show off some of the bling bling!
When photographing rings, I like to use a bouquet, veil, or the wedding invitations as the backdrop. Using items from the wedding itself, allows the personal touches and individuality of each couple to shine through. Also, when serving a photograph for the wedding album, these photos will coordinate with all of the other details being featured, and flow beautifully together.
Being a wedding photographer you get to meet and connect with so many different people. Each couple I work with is full of their own distinct personalities as individuals and couples. I love to see how this shows up in different ways, in the wedding details, rings included. Some couples go the more traditional route, others take a more modern approach. I really enjoy it all!
As a wedding photographer, I encourage my couples to create time in their wedding day for me to capture all of the details. Rings especially, take a little extra time to get it right. I like to photograph rings really close up to capture all of the beautiful intricacies.
Engravings on wedding rings make them particularly unique. The engraving in the photograph above, is an inside joke, only the couple shares. It is not easy to capture something so delicate, but as a wedding photographer, I believe it’s my job to make sure every minute detail is captured beautifully.
I hope you have enjoyed looking back at all of these beautiful wedding ring photographs, with me. As a wedding photographer, I always feel privileged to have so much trust put in me, by the couples I work with. Believe me, nothing will make you feel more fully trusted than when someone hands you their wedding rings.
